We want you to love your Beige Botany pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange request.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Please note that sale items, final sale items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us (Hello@beigebotany.com) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, Beige Botany will provide assistance with a replacement or refund for eligible damaged or defective items.
